Yay! We’ve added four new classes to the winter schedule:
- Wednesdays | 8:00a — Some Kinda Love Flow (60m) w/ Alyssa
- Wednesdays | 5:30p — Postnatal (90m) w/ Holly
- Fridays | 12:00p — Power + Peace (60m) w/ Holly
- Sundays | 11:00a — Some Kinda Love Flow (60m) w/ Kate
A few timing shifts to note:
- All Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evening flow classes will now start at 6:00p, giving us space to properly reset and transition the studio between classes.
- Saturday + Sunday morning classes will now be at 8:00a and 9:30a, allowing us to add an 11:00a Sunday flow to help ease waitlists.
*We’re so excited to be adding a 90-minute Postnatal class on Wednesdays at 5:30p with Holly.
This class is open to all parents 6 weeks post-birth (or once cleared by your doctor) through 5 years postpartum.
Expect a supportive, thoughtful blend of:
- Pilates-based core reintegration
- Pelvic floor rehab
- Posterior chain strengthening (hello chest-feeding + baby-lifting life)
- Our classic MWL vinyasa flows
- Yummy, deeply nourishing restorative vibes
- Strengthening and stretching all the places that need extra love after pregnancy and parenting
And one last shift:
All weekday noon classes (Monday–Friday) are now Power + Peace — offering that perfect balance of sweaty, heart-pumping movement and grounding, restorative vibes to carry you through the rest of your day.
As always, thank you for growing and flowing with us.
We’re so excited for this next season together
SOUND BATH w/ Sara Schwartz of Undercurrent Sound Healing
Friday, January 30th / 7:30p / 60 min / $35
Sound baths offer a gentle, supportive space to slow down, soften, and let your nervous system exhale. Open to all bodies and backgrounds, this practice invites deep rest, emotional processing, and quiet recalibration in an environment rooted in safety and acceptance.
For this 60-minute experience, you’ll settle into a fully supported restorative shape of your choice using props. We’ll begin with grounding, intention setting, and calming breathwork to help the body unwind and the mind let go. From there, Sara weaves together voice, singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments to guide you into a deeply meditative state—supporting relaxation, release, and nervous system reset.
No experience necessary.
Come as you are. Rest is the practice.
Ready to Love Yourself Up?
Our Love Yourself Challenge is back for February: take 28 classes (or as many as you can truly commit to) between 2/1–2/28 and feel what a consistent practice can do for your health + wellbeing—body, mind, and spirit.
And here’s the thing: this isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up.
If 28 classes isn’t realistic, choose your number—8, 12, 16… whatever feels doable—and let that be your devotion. Consistency has a way of changing things: more energy, steadier mood, a stronger body, a calmer nervous system… and a little more “I’ve got me” in your day-to-day.
How it works:
- Starting 2/1, grab a calendar card at the desk + write your name on it
- Every class you take = you get a GOLD STAR
- Hit 28 (or your personal commitment) and you’ll be entered into our Love Yourself Raffle
And the best part? You’re not doing it alone— your community will be right there, cheering you on.
Because BABY… YOU ARE A STAR.
Love Notes w/ Holly Colino
Saturday, February 21st / 5p / 2 hours / $45
Ready to love yourself up? This is a little refill-your-cup moment for your body, mind, and heart. We’ll draw inspiration from Positive Psychologist Kristin Neff’s work on self-compassion alongside yogic philosophy around kindness and compassion — what it actually means, and how to practice it (especially with yourself… not just everyone else).
In our time together we’ll move the body, drop into breathwork + meditation to help your nervous system land, journal through practical prompts to make self-love feel more like a real-life practice, and create take-home reminders—an affirmation jar —so you leave with something tangible to keep the thread going once you’re back in the world.
Please bring a journal. Light snacks + beverages will be provided.
