MANTRA & MEDITATION w/ Gabrielle Jane
Friday, September 11th / 7:30p / 90 min / $20-$40 Sliding Scale
Join us for a serene journey into Nāda Yoga, the yoga of sound, where we harness the power of sacred Sanskrit mantras.
Nāda Yoga uses sound vibration to guide us inward, and Sanskrit, an ancient vibrational language, attunes us to profound states of meditation. We’ll chant, set intentions, connect with personal symbolism, and allow sound to expand our hearts.
Please feel free to bring a mala if you have one, and if you’d like to contribute to the altar, you’re welcome to bring crystals, photos, anything meaningful or even an offering from the earth.
SOUND BATH w/ Sara Schwartz
Friday, September 18th / 7:45p / 60 min / $35
Sound baths offer a gentle, supportive space to slow down, soften, and let your nervous system exhale. Open to all bodies and backgrounds, this practice invites deep rest, emotional processing, and quiet recalibration in an environment rooted in safety and acceptance.
For this 60-minute experience, you’ll settle into a fully supported restorative shape of your choice using props. We’ll begin with grounding, intention setting, and calming breathwork to help the body unwind and the mind let go. From there, Sara weaves together voice, singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments to guide you into a deeply meditative state—supporting relaxation, release, and nervous system reset.
No experience necessary.
Come as you are. Rest is the practice.
DREAMING WITH YOUR HANDS ~ An Equinox Art Party w/ LJ Davis
Sunday, September 20th / 5p / 90 min / Sliding Scale $15-$30
Come celebrate the Autumnal Equinox by letting your creativity flow—literally.
In this workshop (or straight-up art party!), LJ will guide you into the embodied art practice of automatic drawing inspired by the Surrealist tradition of automatism. With the help of props, a live model, creative visualization, and some groovy tunes, your hands will transform line and color into expressive works of art. Let imagery and imagination set your inner freak flag flying free as we step across the seasonal threshold into autumn—a time of inward turning, reflection, and thinning veils.
No experience is necessary.
Non-artists, doodlers, and curious creatives are warmly encouraged to attend!
Feel free to bring your favorite drawing or painting supplies, though paper, pens, pencils, snacks, and non-alcoholic refreshments will all be provided.
About LJ ~
LJ Davis is an artist, nature educator, radio DJ, and regular yoga practitioner at Move With Love. She recently showed her sketches/paintings and hosted an art workshop at Harvard Divinity School, and is an active member of the Vision Lab Collective — an intentional, international art and research group focused on blending creativity with contemplative spiritual practice. As a misfit seeker, she has studied Soto Zen Buddhism, deep ecology, and a variety of folk and occult magickal traditions for over 30 years, cultivating a practice that blends meditation and art-making techniques. After decades spent nomadically exploring the wilder spaces of North America and Europe (cities & backcountry), she now considers Philadelphia one of her homes. Check out her bi-weekly radio show, Alchemists of Sound, on the Philadelphia-based gtownradio.
Aligning with Śakti: A Fall Equinox Ritual w/ Suzanne Lang
Sunday, September 27th / 4p / 2 hours / $54
The Fall Equinox is a liminal space—a time when we are betwixt and between two seasons, a vulnerable yet sacred threshold where we are invited to pause, tune into a new rhythm, and honor the Mother Nature that exists both without and within. Our well-being depends on reconnecting with these sacred rhythms. When we move unconsciously through this seasonal portal, it’s easy to feel anxious, depleted, or scattered. The equinox offers us an opportunity to cross the threshold with intention, aligning ourselves with the wisdom of the natural world rather than resisting its invitation.
Together, we’ll reclaim a more luminous way of being by stepping skillfully from summer into fall. Through sacred sound, energy, movement, ritual, expression, and Vedic wisdom, this immersive experience will connect you to the seasons without and within, stoking your courage, awakening your intuition, and igniting your Śakti—the creative life force, the divine feminine, the Mother Nature that lives within all beings.
FLOWBACK: BROADWAY w/ Holly Colino
Saturday, October 3rd / 11:30a / 75 min / $30
Calling all musical theater lovers!
Ready to Razzle dazzle? Belt your heart out? Throw in a few high kicks, saucy shoulder rolls, jazz hands, and maybe even a dramatic finale?
FLOW BACK: Broadway is a high-energy, open-level class where yoga meets the dance floor. Whether you’re a lifelong theater kid or simply love a good show tune, this class is your invitation to move big, laugh often, and reconnect with the part of yourself that isn’t afraid to take center stage.
No dance or yoga experience necessary—just bring your inner leading role.
