SOUND BATH w/ Sara Schwartz of Undercurrent Sound Healing
Friday, March 27th / 7:45p / 60 min / $35
Sound baths offer a gentle, supportive space to slow down, soften, and let your nervous system exhale. Open to all bodies and backgrounds, this practice invites deep rest, emotional processing, and quiet recalibration in an environment rooted in safety and acceptance.
For this 60-minute experience, you’ll settle into a fully supported restorative shape of your choice using props. We’ll begin with grounding, intention setting, and calming breath-work to help the body unwind and the mind let go. From there, Sara weaves together voice, singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments to guide you into a deeply meditative state—supporting relaxation, release, and nervous system reset.
No experience necessary.
Come as you are. Rest is the practice.
HIMALAYAN TANTRIC WORKSHOP w/ Gabrielle Jane
Sunday, March 29th / 4p / 90 min / $33
This workshop is for the curious — for anyone who senses there is something deeper in the practice waiting to be experienced.
Together, we’ll explore yoga beyond the shape of a pose and into embodied awareness. Rooted in the Himalayan tradition, this offering weaves breathwork, kriya, intentional movement, meditation, and mantra into one integrated experience.
Rather than yoga as exercise, we return to yoga as a living practice — balancing effort and surrender, movement and stillness — supporting the body, nervous system, and mind.
Expect space to listen, regulate, and reconnect with your own inner intelligence.
