We will build tools to adapt our bodies and maintain better spinal alignment through the basics of Mat Pilates. Expect to move, explore, and create more spinal freedom while breaking down what healthy posture looks and feels like—and why it’s so essential for our well-being, reducing pain, and enhancing daily activities.
We’ll explore:
- Chest openers to counteract rounded shoulders
- Rotational work to free the neck and spine
- Glute + deep core activation to support posture
- Tools for daily alignment and ease of movement
