Sound baths offer a welcoming, safe space for people of all backgrounds to rest, reset and process deep emotions in an open, accepting environment.
For 60-minutes, You will lay in a supported restorative shape of your choice with props. The sound bath begins with grounding and intention setting, as well as restorative breathing that will prep your body and mind for deep rest. Sara uses voice, singing bowls, gongs, and a variety of other instruments to support you in healing, relaxation, and resetting the nervous system.

An Open level 60 minute vinyasa/cardio/Dance party class where the music reigns supreme. Flow Back, will feature a different era, decade, or artist to help you move and groove. Think Old School 90s Hip Hop, James Brown, Emo Vibes, The Velvet Underground… This class is like a yoga feel good dance party – simpler sequences + HIIT drills so that you can jam out to the tunes!

This immersive workshop weaves together meditation, breathwork, yoga, journaling, and reflective practices to guide you back to your most authentic self. Together, we’ll create pathways for deeper self-awareness, compassion, and connection, inviting you to fully embody love from your source. More than just a yoga class, this experience is a sacred homecoming to your heart—a space to remember what it feels like to be whole, present, and deeply aligned with all that you are.
The evening unfolds with grounding and activating breath work, moving into an embodied flow and somatic movement that awakens the body and softens the mind. From here, we’ll anchor into meditation, mantra, and kriya, deepening intention and connection. Through journaling and reflective mirroring with others, you’ll deepen your insights and awaken new perspectives.
